Noe Lose Noe Win

Sixteen members enjoyed a lovely walk in very pleasant conditions apart from a short heavy 15 minute rain shower in the afternoon.

We set off from Hope and made our way up Lose Hill taking in the spectacular views in the lovely sunlight.  After photos at the trig point we made our way towards Back Tor and had morning coffee half way along the route.

After Back Tor we headed towards Edale YMCA crossing the River Noe at BackTor Bridge.  We then headed to Jaggers Clough stopping for lunch along the route, once again taking in the views.

As we made our way towards Hope Cross and the Roman Road we were treated to a heavy rain shower forcing us to take shelter in the nearby wood.  After a short break we headed up the long track towards Win Hill and had more photos at the trig point.

We then began our descent via Twitchill Farm towards Hope crossing the River Noe once again at Killhill Bridge (what a place name!) completing our walk in Hope at 15.30.

We had a good walk, were treated to some magnificent countryside with great weather conditions.

Another perfect ramble!
