Walk Report
The Giddy Edge walk was recouped but with the lighter, sunnier days we were able to do the entire route. There were a number of remarks that it was tougher than expected but the group battled through the steep climb out of Matlock Bath, followed by one out of Winster and – as it is always good to put in a finisher hill – we climbed a further one as we got near to the end – however, it was a hill that no-one had climbed before and everyone agreed that the view was worth it. The whole group braved Giddy Edge and no-one was lost in the process!
